Sports Performance Test
Basically every sports activity should be felt as moderately exhausting and one should still breathe enough air to be able to talk during the training. Sweating heavily or shortness of breath indicates a too intensive and therefore adverse sports program. Especially beneficial training effects for the heart and cardiovascular system are uniform endurance sports like for example hiking, biking, running, and also swimming. These sports are easy to be adjusted and can also be supervised with the help of a pulse watch. Also moderate weight training has a positive effect.
Your performance test is done on the bicycle or treadmill and lasts up to 25 minutes under controlled conditions, by increasing the stress, every heart beat is electronically displayed and all performance data is directly monitored online.
In this case we have a modern ergospirometry work station with treadmill or bicycle with which we determine your individual aenaerobic threshold (performance limit). This in turn displays the actual-state of the muscle/cardiac cycle and the pulmonary system. Therewith we can derive individual advice and recommendations for the health enhancing physical activity level.
